We offer 4 options for placing orders1) By Telephone
We provide this service for those who may prefer to speak to someone at Greengage Health. This also gives you the opportunity to ask about the products before ordering. If no one is available to take your call, please try again later or choose another order option.
All telephone orders should be paid at the time of ordering by one of the following: Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Delta or Solo.
Please have ready the product names, quantity and your card details when you call. Minimum order - £25

2) By Post
If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order you should send your order by post. We also accept credit/debit card payments with this option but there is a miminum order value of £25 (incl. p&p). There is no minimum order for cheque or postal order payments.
First, enter the necessary details on the Order Form. Then print off the form and send with your payment to Greengage Health. Cheques should be made payable to: Headways MSL.
Your products should be dispatched within one to two weeks after receipt of your order details. If you include your e-mail address on your form, you will receive confirmation and approximate delivery date, by e-mail.

3) Online Orders
We have teamed up with PayPal to offer you secure payments if you wish to order online.
Beside each item is an “Add to Basket” button which will automatically add the item you wish to order into your shopping basket. You may view your order at any time by clicking on the “View Basket” button, where you can edit your order if necessary.
When you have finished shopping, click on the “Checkout” button and PayPal will guide you through the payment system.
There is no minimum value for online orders.
4) NEWAYS Direct Customer
If you have been stirred by the information on this site and wish to change to NEWAYS products on a long-term basis, we would recommend that you save around 20% by opening a NEWAYS Direct Customer account. You will receive your products direct from the manufacturer by contacting them by telephone, fax, post or online. Postage and packing are free on all orders and there is no minimum order value, although you are required to place an order at least once every six months to keep your account open. It costs just £5 to set up your account and you will receive an information pack as soon as your account has been approved.
